Roofs on both buildings were replaced in 2022. Great Bones. These buildings are sold as is. Both buildings are concrete block construction. The front building has been the main sanctuary since construction in 1957 it has a truss flooring that needs to be repaired/replaced. There is a baptistry with changing rooms, a nursery and two bathrooms. The rear building has 5 divided classrooms/offices, one bathroom and a storage room. The electricity is not on, and the buildings have been vacant for over a year. The A/C unit in the main building does not work and is located in the attic space and caused damage to some of the ceiling tiles.
