Property Description

Rare opportunity to own an established 11.38-acre hunting and recreational retreat in Johnson County. This AG-zoned property offers a beautiful combination of open ground, mature pine timber, water, utilities, and camp infrastructure already in place. The centerpiece is a large spring-fed pond spanning just under 2 acres. The property features a mixture of wooded and open acreage, established trails, direct road frontage, and a high-and-dry setting outside the mapped special flood hazard area. Mature pines, neighboring agricultural land, and the pond create an attractive setting for hunting, fishing, wildlife, and year-round outdoor recreation. The property includes a private well, two septic systems, a dedicated RV hookup with power and septic, multiple electrical service points, two large covered RV/vehicle structures, a tool/storage building, and an additional outbuilding with a finished room and full bathroom. Also located on the property is a rustic 1967 one-bedroom, one-bath mobile home with kitchen. The mobile home is being offered as part of the overall recreational setup, while the property itself offers considerable versatility through its acreage, pond, timber, utilities, and established infrastructure. Whether you're looking for a private hunting base, fishing retreat, RV getaway, weekend camp, or a place to create your own outdoor escape, much of the groundwork is already here. Bring your hunting gear, fishing poles, camper, and plans - this property is ready for its next chapter. Property is being sold as-is.
